Grant Garrison LTD: Branding and Logo Design Services Terms and Conditions
1. Payment Terms:
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required for services exceeding $600 to commence work. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before the final delivery of materials.
- Services under $600 require full payment upfront.
- For projects over $1,500, payment plans can be arranged with a 50% deposit, 25% midway, and 25% upon completion.
2. Revisions:
- Each package includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions will incur extra charges ranging from $50-$75 depending on the complexity of the changes requested.
3. Ownership Rights:
- Upon full payment, clients will receive ownership of the final design files. Grant Garrison LTD retains the right to use project deliverables for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Confidentiality:
- All client information is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent. We prioritize maintaining the trust and integrity of client relationships.
5. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation of any project must be communicated in writing. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly. Deposits paid are non-refundable.
6. Project Timeline:
- All project timelines are estimates and may be adjusted based on client feedback, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances. Grant Garrison LTD is committed to delivering projects within agreed timelines wherever possible.
7. Liability:
- Grant Garrison LTD is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our deliverables. Clients are responsible for ensuring deliverables meet specifications before final approval.
8. Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state in which Grant Garrison LTD operates. Both parties agree to this form of resolution as binding.
9. Amendments:
- Any changes to these terms and conditions must be documented in writing and agreed upon by both parties. This ensures clarity and mutual understanding throughout the project duration.
10. Termination:
