The Landscape: In the fuel industry, the price of a gallon of gas changes instantly based on commodities markets, local competition, and driver behavior. Delay is not just an inconvenience; it is a direct loss of revenue.
The Problem: PriceAdvantage possessed the most powerful algorithmic engine on the market, but its visual identity and digital presence felt "legacy." The interface didn't scream "speed," and the brand didn't reflect the aggression required to dominate a street corner.
The Mandate: Re-engineer the visual architecture of the software and the brand. We needed to translate "complex algorithms" into "instant power." The goal was not just to help users change prices, but to give them a tactical weapon in the fuel economy.
TARGET
PriceAdvantage is the elite software division of Skyline Products, the nation's leading manufacturer of electronic fuel signs. They serve the heavyweights of the convenience store industry—from massive chains like Sheetz and Circle K to independent operators fighting for market share.
Their technology automates the entire fuel pricing lifecycle: scraping competitor data, calculating optimized prices via AI, and pushing those prices to the street sign and pump in minutes. They don't just sell software; they sell velocity.
OPTIMIZED
We executed a total overhaul of the Visual Identity, User Experience, and Event Architecture, focusing on speed, clarity, and authority.

The "Green Light" Protocol: We centered the new identity around a high-voltage Neon Green—the universal signal for "Go," "Profit," and "Speed." Against a deep charcoal interface (Dark Mode), this created a cockpit environment where data pops instantly.

The "One-Click" Execution: We streamlined the user journey. Complex pricing strategies that used to take spreadsheets to calculate were visualized into intuitive "Fuel Gauges" and one-touch commit buttons. We turned data analysis into a reflex.

The Event Architecture (PAUC): We extended this identity into the physical realm for the PriceAdvantage User Conference (PAUC). We designed an immersive brand experience that turned a standard corporate conference into a high-energy summit, complete with motion graphics, environmental design, and "SaaS-grade" collateral.
