A2 (Audio Assist)

Assisting the A1 with the setup and strike of the entire audio system. Set/strike of wireless-microphones, assembly of line arrays, running of cables and intercom systems; All show environments.

Show A2

Show A2: Assisting the A1 during show, Management of wireless microphone frequencies and interfacing with presenters; Primarily in the General Session environment.

AV Tech Operator

AV Tech Operator: Operation of simple break-out rooms, set up and strike of LCD projectors, and set up and operation of 8-16 channel analog audio consoles, basic video switcher/scalers, static lighting consoles for basic stage wash and presenter support with basic PowerPoint editing.

AV Tech Floater

AV Tech Floater: Assuming the same responsibilities as the AV Tech Operator, but is not dedicated to one room; For rooms that do not require a dedicated AV Tech Operator.

AV Tech Set/Strike

AV Tech Set/Strike: Setting of meeting rooms, exhibits, basic audio, lighting, and video equipment. 

Camera Operator

Building and operating all fixed broadcast/studio configured cameras, regardless of lens configuration; In General Session and large Breakout Room environments.

Camera Operator (Hand-Held)

Hand-Held Camera Operator: Non-fixed position, primarily used in the General Session and large Breakout Room environments.

Carpenter

Carpenter: Set/Strike of all staging, sets and props. I/We have ALL necessary Carpentry tools to complete ANY assignment and can be utilized in all show environments.

Scenic Carpenter

Advanced Carpentry for the corporate Audio-Visual Industry. I/We have 25+ years in the industry working in this environment either on the trade show floor building exhibit booths, working in ballrooms designing and/or assisting the lead carpenter in the mantle and dismantling of scenic set pieces, or in theaters and stages building or creating sets.

Computer Network Tech

Setting/striking and maintaining networks, servers, routers, printers and digital signage; Utilized in all show environments.

Computer Tech

Set/strike of basic computer systems (PC, MAC, Linux, iOS, Android); Utilized in all show environments.

LED Wall Tech

Assisting the LED Wall Programmer with the set/strike of LED walls; Assembly/disassembly of LED walls and patching of signal and power.

L2 (Lighting Assist)

Assisting the L1 with the set and strike of the entire Lighting System, Truss Building, Fixture Placement, Power/Signal Distribution, and focusing; Utilized in all show environments.

Labor Coordinator

Checking in/out of all techs, distribution and management of the entire crew. Assisting with any additions, changes and/or cancelations throughout the entire event. Perfect for events with crews of 18+, or by request.

PowerPoint Designer

Design and assembly of presentations and the operation of the show; Used in the General Session and large Breakout Room environments, or anywhere really.

PowerPoint Operator

Set/strike and operation of the entire PowerPoint Presentation; Primarily used in the General Session and large Breakout Room environments.

Project Manager

Proficient in pre-production, operations and management of crew and gear. The on-site Operations Manager and the liaison between the client and the crew. Interacts with venue management. From: meeting-room coordinator, general-exhibit coordinator, large-exhibit-booth coordinator to general-session-production manager.

Show Director

Oversee the entire show, ensuring effecient and cohesive comunication between all departments, in addition to calling show cues; Participate in script creation and show planning.

Spot Operator

Proficient at operating various types of spotlights and comfortable taking cues on intercom from the Show Director.

V2 (Video Assist)

Assist the V1, projectionist or tape op with the setup and strike of the entire video system; Set/strike of projectors, screens, monitors, cameras, playback and record systems.

Digital Media/Playback Pro Operator

Setup and operation of professional media playback systems, with a complete understanding of Playback Pro and other digital playback systems. Operate, manage and execute encoding and playback cues. Set up and maintain all specified recordings during show, as well as label and deliver all digital media after show.

Teleprompter Operator

Owners/operators of my/our own equipment (primary and backup systems). Script preparation and editing, before and during the show, as well as the set/strike of equipment.

Technical Director

Specialized in the cueing, calling, routing and switching of the cameras.

Working Lead

Perfect for a crew of 10-17 technicians; Act as general liaison to the on-site Project Manager and the Crew Office; Facilitate the check-in/out of crew, and other duties as assigned.

Stagehand

Assist with laborious tasks such as case pushing, scaffold building and heavy lifting of various pieces of equipment.

Truck Loader

Labor for loading and unloading of trucks.
