The project included website updates through Sublime Creations, coordinating the information and images that changed between event editions. For an annual program, clear dates and consistent information are as important as the overall design.
Speaker information that is easy to explore
The event’s speaker material combines portraits, names, academic affiliations, talk titles, abstracts, and biographies. Keeping those elements in a consistent format helps visitors compare the sessions and understand what each speaker will discuss.
The 2018 program materials included talks on memory, women’s leadership, and the relationship between fiction and nonfiction. The website updates brought the speaker content into the relevant pages rather than leaving the program information in one isolated location.
Registration and visitor details
